This specimen was lot 139 in Sincona sale 88 (Zürich, May 2024), where it sold for 600 CHF (about US$793 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"IRAN, Qajar Dynasty, Agha Mohammad Shah, 1193-1211 AH (1779-1797). 1/4 Toman 1203 AH (1789), Rasht Mint. Selten; Rare. NGC MS62. Purchased from A. Shams, Frankfurt, in 1984."

This type was also struck at Kashan (KM 524a.2), Mazandaran (KM 524a.3) and Isfahan (KM 524a.1). Rasht is the most common mint.
