This specimen was lot 2728 in Stephen Album sale 38 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2020), where it sold for $47.60. The catalog description[1] noted, "BRITISH INDIA: Edward VII, 1901-1910, AE 1/12 anna, 1908(c), NGC graded MS64 RB." This type was struck at Calcutta 1906-10 and replaced a copper type (KM 497) of 1903-06. There may have been a reduction in weight as well.
