Schwarzburg in 1789

This specimen was lot 1101 in Sincona sale 90 (Zürich, May 2024), where it sold for 550 CHF (about US$727 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"DEUTSCHLAND Schwarzburg, Gemeinschaftsprägungen, 1601-1623. 1/2 Taler 1623, Gehren. Münzmeister Hans Heinrich Otte. Selten. Sehr schön. Kleine Kratzer. (Germany, Schwarzburg, joint issue, 1601-23, half thaler of 1623, Gehren mint. Rare, Very fine, Small scratches.)"
