This specimen was lot 2706 in Stephen Album sale 41 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2021), where it sold for $108. The catalog description[1] noted, "IRAQ: Republic, dinar, 1982/AH1402, Nonaligned Nations Baghdad Conference, 10-sided, NGC graded MS65." This was issued early in Saddam Hussein's career, before he was denounced as a menace to humanity. Iraqi coinage largely ceased after 1982.

Recorded mintage: unknown but not rare.

Specification: 13.20 g, nickel, 32.8 mm diameter.
