This specimen was lot 2176 in Sincona sale 18 (Zürich, May 2014), where it sold for CHF 500 (about US$659 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"Louis dor mirliton 1726. Strassburg Fast sehr schön-sehr schön. (kingdom of France, Louis XV, louis d'or of 1726, Strasbourg mint, very fine.)"

This louis d'or aux lunettes (not a louis d'or mirliton as stated above) is recorded for 1726-40 and is among the more common gold coins of the French ancien régime, this date is fairly common.

Specification: 8.16 g, 0.917 fine gold, 20 mm diameter, reeded edge, this specimen 8.06 g.
