This specimen was lot 228 in Sincona sale 84 (Zürich, October 2023), where it sold for 120 CHF (about US$162 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 10 Kopecks 1813, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB PS. Extremely fine. Small die flaws."

This type was struck 1810-26 and is fairly common.
