This specimen was lot 226 in Sincona sale 84 (Zürich, October 2023), where it sold for 1,000 CHF (about US$1,347 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 20 Kopecks 1813, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB PS. NGC MS63. Nicely toned. Tiny die flaw."
This type was struck 1810-26 and is fairly common.
Recorded mintage: 1,900,000.
Specification: 4.14 g, 0.868 fine silver, this specimen 4.05 g.
