This specimen was lot 1139 in Sincona sale 93 (Zürich, October 2024), where it sold for 90 CHF (about US$125 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSLAND Kaiserreich und Föderation, Alexander I. 1801-1825, Kopeck 1813, Ekaterinburg Mint, EM NM. Fast vorzüglich. Kleine Kratzer und etwas Belag, About Extremely Fine, Small scratch and some encrustation."
This is a scarce date of a type struck 1811-15, 1818-30. The Suzun (KM), Izhora (ИМ) and St. Petersburg mints (СПБ) also contributed.
