This specimen was lot 725 in Jean Elsen sale 112 (Brussels, March 2012) where it sold for € 120 (about US$188 including buyer's fee). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRABANT, Duché, Philippe IV (1621-1665), AR demi-ducaton, 1634, Anvers. Premier type. Droit: B. cuirassé à droite, avec une large fraise. Revers: Deux lions tenant une grande couronne au-dessus de l'écu du roi, orné du bijou de la Toison d'or. Petit éclat du flan sur la tranche. Belle patine. Très Beau."
