This specimen was lot 43049 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2023), where it sold for $312. The catalog description[1] noted, "NETHERLANDS. Utrecht. 3 Gulden, 1795. NGC AU-55." This type was struck 1763-65, 1785-86, 1791-94 for the United Provinces and 1795-1805 for the Batavian Republic. The 1795 is priced in the SCWC as a rare date. Three gulden was sixty stuivers. Holland was the largest and wealthiest part of the United Provinces, now the kingdom of the Netherlands, but the modern mint is today in Utrecht.
