This specimen was lot 4796 in Künker sale 406 (Osnabrück, March 2024), where it sold for €1,600 (about US$2,100 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSLAND, KAISERREICH, Peter I. der Große, 1682-1725. 1 Altin 1714, Moskau, Roter Münzhof. Sehr schön-vorzüglich. (empire of Russia, Peter the Great, 1682-1725, altin of 1714, Moscow, Red mint. Very fine to extremely fine.)"
This denomination was struck irregularly 1704-18 and then no more were made until 1840. This type of 1713-14 is rare. This example has the denomination written "ΑΛЋΤЋІНЋ" (ALTINNIK) whereas the similar KM 145.3 has the denomination written ALTYN.
