This specimen was lot 2786 in Ponterio sale 164 (New York, January 2012), where it sold for $379.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. Mexico City. 8 Reales, 1884-MoMH. Attractive toning. NGC MS-64." This date is common in all grades.
