This specimen was lot 7379 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2022), where it sold for $240. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. 10 Pounds, 2014. Llantrisant Mint. Elizabeth II. NGC PROOF-70 Ultra Cameo. A wonderfully flawless commemorative made to honor the First World War. Brilliant mirrored fields feature richly frosted devices. A great piece for the history buff that comes with a hardwood presentation case and certificate of authenticity as # 086. One of the first 125 struck." This is one of an extensive series of NCLT's marking the centennial of World War One. Many are missing from the SCWC.
