This specimen was lot 24068 in Heritage sale 3024 (Chicago, April 2013), where it sold for $2,585. The catalog description[1] noted, "Prussia. Wilhelm II Proof 5 Mark 1907-A, PR66 Cameo NGC, an elite grade designation for this large type with an attractively frosted central design and original blue-green and russet-gold toning around portions of the legends." This type was struck 1891-1908.

Recorded mintage: 2,092,000 (a common date).

Specification: 27.77 g, 0.900 fine silver, 38 mm diameter.
