Sincona sale 91, lot 3702

This specimen was lot 3702 in Sincona sale 91 (Zürich, May 2024), where it sold for 512 CHF (about US$677 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"SCHWEIZ Zürich, Stadt und Kanton, Vierteldukat 1761/58, Zürich. Jahreszahl im Stempel aus 1758 geändert. Vorzüglich-FDC. (Switzerland, canton of Zürich, quarter ducat of 1761, Zürich mint, 1761/58 overdate. Extremely fine-uncirculated.)"

This type was struck 1718-67.
