This specimen was lot 5651 in Sincona Auction 102 (Zürich, October 2025), where it sold for 425 CHF (about US$641 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ. Zürich. Stadt und Kanton. Taler 1722, Zürich. Zwei Löwen. Stark gereinigt. Vorzüglich. (Switzerland, canton of Zürich, thaler of 1722, Zürich mint, two lions. Heavily cleaned, Extremely Fine.)"
This type was struck 1722-28 with this 1722 being the scarcest date. A city view thaler (Dav-1785) was also struck in 1722.
