This specimen was lot 5314 in Sincona sale 80 (Zürich, October 2022), where it sold for 600 CHF (about US$719 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "SWITZERLAND | Zurich | Stadt und Kanton, Vierteldukat 1692, Zürich. About extremely fine. Flan flaw." This type was struck 1671, 1677, 1692 and 1702. This and the other quarter ducats of the period (KM 58, 83, 91, 98) are likely the most affordable gold coins of this canton.
