This specimen was lot 3439 in SINCONA Auction 97 (Zürich, May 2025), where it sold for 400 CHF (about US$580 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Zürich, Stadt und Kanton, Halbdukat 1662, Zürich. Selten. Sehr schön-vorzüglich. Gewellt. (Switzerland, city and canton of Zürich, half ducat of 1662, Zürich mint. Rare, Very Fine-Extremely Fine, Wavy flan.)"
This type was struck 1654 and 1662 but it is not listed as expensive.
