This specimen was lot 4222 in Goldberg sale 74 (Los Angeles, June 2013), where it sold for $517.50 including buyer's fees. The catalog description[1] noted, "Switzerland - Zürich. ½ Ducat, 1666. One year type. NGC graded Uncirculated, Details (Mount Removed)." Half ducats were struck occasionally in Zurich in the seventeenth century. Tho not common, they are quite a bit more affordable than ducats or double ducats.
