This specimen was lot 69 in Schulman auction 388 (Amsterdam, December 2025), where it sold for €6,000 (about US$8,454 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Piedfort dukaton of zilveren rijder, ZEELAND Provincie 1580 - 1795, 1660, Silver Type I. Ruiter naar rechts boven ongekroond provinciewapentje MO: NO: ARG: PRO: CON - FCE: BELG: CO: ZEL. ♖*. Kz. gekroond wapen, jaartal boven de kroon. Uit de Zeeuwse Leeuw collectie. RR Sterk uitgemunt en donker gepatineerd. Prachtig. . (piefort ducaton or silver rider of 1660, province of Zeeland, silver type I. Obverse: mounted knight charges right, over the crowned provincial arms; reverse: crowned arms, date above. From the Zeeland Lion collection. Sharply struck and darkly toned, extremely fine.)"
The SCWC lists the regular ducaton (KM 41.1) for 1659-72. Double ducatons are mentioned in Davenport for 1659-68.
