This specimen was lot 6582 in Künker sale 354 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €1,900 (about US$2,644 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"REICHSGOLDMÜNZEN, WÜRTTEMBERG, Karl, 1864-1891. 10 Mark 1890. Vorzüglich-Stempelglanz. (Germany, kingdom of Württemberg, Charles, 1864-91, ten mark of 1890, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
This issue of 1890-91 is somewhat scarce, especially compared to the succeeding ten mark of Wilhelm II (KM 633).
Recorded mintage: 220,000.
Specification: 3.98 g, 0.900 fine gold, 19.5 mm diameter, .115 troy oz AGW.
