This specimen was lot 1408 in Jean Elsen sale 151 (Brussels, June 2022), where it sold for €320 (about US$400 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ALLEMAGNE, WESTPHALIE, Jérôme Napoléon (1807-1813), AR 2/3 Taler, 1809C, Clausthal. Légende débutant à 1h. Fine griffe. Belle patine. Superbe. (Germany, kingdom of Westphalia, Jerome Napoleon, 1807-13, silver two-thirds thaler of 1809, Clausthal mint, with the legend beginning at 1 o'clock. Nice patina, Extremely Fine.)"

This two-thirds thaler or gulden was struck with the obverse legend "HIERONYMUS NAPOLEON" (KM 106, shown here) OR "NAPOLEON HIERONYMUS" (KM 89), with the second quite a bit more available. Altho denominated as two-thirds of a thaler, it had only five-ninths of the silver of a convention thaler such as Dav-933.
