This specimen was lot 34225 in Heritage sale 3098 (New York, January 2022), where it sold for $2,160. The catalog description[1] noted, "Netherlands: West Friesland. Provincial gold 7 Gulden 1763 MS62 NGC, Also known as a 1/2 Golden Rider. Reflective semi-Prooflike surfaces, graced by amber toning." This expensive type is listed for 1749-51 and 1760-63. All the dates are priced the same except for the rare 1749. It was the second largest gold coin regularly issued in the United Provinces.
Recorded mintage: 135,000 for 1762-63.
