This specimen was lot 23122 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Anaheim, CA, August 2016), where it sold for $763.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "VENEZUELA. 5,000 Bolivares, 1990. NGC PROOF-69 ULTRA CAMEO. Struck for the 200th anniversary of the birth of Jose Antonio Paez. Deep icy mirrored fields and without breaks to the frosted devices. Total of 0.4500 Troy ounces AGW." Another NCLT from Venezuela. The SCWC does not state where this was made but it was not in Venezuela, which had no mint at the time.
