This specimen was lot 30162 in Heritage sale 3089 (Dallas, TX, January 2021), where it sold for $16,800. The catalog description[1] noted, "Utrecht. Provincial Ducaton (Silver Rider) 1764 MS65 NGC. An exceptional coin with tremendously well-preserved surfaces and an old-time gray and gold patina. Flashy across the fields, these embracing needle-accurate detail throughout the expressive designs. Ex. Dr. Patrick Tan Collection (Heritage Auction #3002, September 2008, Lot 21876); Millennia Collection (Goldberg Auction 46B, May 2008, Lot 769); Irving Goodman Collection (Goldberg Auction 15, June 2002, Lot 868). From the Cape Coral Collection of European Crowns." This denomination was struck with this mintmark with a cabled or flowered edge 1739-94.
