Steve Album sale 38, lot 3280

This specimen was lot 3280 in Stephen Album sale 38 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2020), where it sold for $142.80. The catalog description^[1] noted, "UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: AR 50 dirhams, 1998, UNESCO Selection of Sharjah as the Cultural Capital of the Arab World for 1998, PCGS graded PF68 DC." This NCLT was accompanied by a copper-nickel one dirham (KM 39).

Recorded mintage: 4,000 proofs.

Specification: 40 g, 0.925 fine silver, 40 mm diameter.
