Stephen Album sale 50, lot 3964

This specimen was lot 3964 in Stephen Album sale 50 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2024), where it sold for $180. The catalog description^[1] noted, "UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: AR 50 dirhams, 1996, 25th Anniversary of the UAE, an incredible example, PCGS graded PF67 Deep Cameo." Another NCLT issued in 1996 honored the shaikh's 30th anniversary on the throne. He died in 2004. This issue lacks an AH date.

Recorded mintage: 8,000 proofs.

Specification: 40 g, 0.925 fine silver, 40 mm diameter, reeded edge.
