This type was struck AH 1415/1995, 1419/1998, 1425/2005 and 1428/2007 for the United Arab Emirates. A coffee pot adorns the reverse. It is reduced in weight from the prior version (KM 6.1) last struck in 1989. The Royal Mint struck the first date and the Ottawa mint struck the others. It is dual dated in AH years and AD years. This denomination was also used in 2007 for several circulating commemoratives (KM 76, 77, 79, 84, 96).

Specification: 6.4 g, copper-nickel, 23.8 mm diameter, reeded edge.
