The first specimen was lot 2037 in Sincona sale 38 (Zürich, May 2017), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"TÜRKEI, Ostromisches Reich, Suleiman I. 1520-1566 1 Altin 926 AH. Konstantinopel. Sehr schön. (Turkey, Ottoman empire, Suleiman I, 1520-66, gold altin of AH 926, Constantinople mint. Very fine.)"

The second specimen was lot 75715 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for $288. The catalog description[2] noted, "ISLAMIC KINGDOMS. Ottoman Empire. Sultani, AH 926 (1519/20). Sidrekapsi Mint. NGC VF Details--Cleaned." Wikipedia comments, "Siderokausia (Greek: Σιδηροκαύσια), in Ottoman Turkish rendered as ﺳﻴﺪر َﻩ ﻗﺴﯽ Sidrekapsï, was a silver and gold mine active in the Byzantine and Ottoman periods, located in the northeastern Chalkidiki peninsula in northern Greece. The settlements of the region are known to this day as Mademochoria (Μαντεμοχώρια, "mine villages"). In the Ottoman period, a coin mint was attached to the mine."
