Steve Album sale 30, lot 482

This specimen was lot 482 in Stephen Album sale 30 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2018), where it sold for $558.13. The catalog description^[1] noted, "TURKEY: Mustafa IV, 1807-1808, AR kuruş, Kostantiniye, AH1222 year 1, a superb example of this scarce type! NGC graded MS62." The coinage from Mustafa's brief reign is scanty and expensive. Billon five and ten para, two zolota, one, two and 2½ kurush are reported and are scarcer than the gold zeri mahbub and altin. This is the first coin of this sultan we have posted on the wiki.
