This specimen was lot 1273 in Jean Elsen sale 160 (Brussels, November 2024), where it sold for €140 (about US$177 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"TOURNAI, Seigneurie, Albert et Isabelle (1598-1621), billon stoter (huitième de florin), 1600. D/ Ecu couronné, entouré du collier de la Toison d'or. R/ Croix fleuronnée, cantonnée de deux lions et de deux couronnes. DNS TOR en fin de légende. Fine fêlure. Très Beau. (lordship of Tournai, Albert and Isabella, 1598-1621, billon stoter or one-eighth florin of 1600. Obverse: crowned arms, Order chain around; reverse: floriate cross, cantonned with two lions and two crowns. Fine crack, very fine.)"

This type was struck 1599-1602 at Tournai (shown here), Antwerp and Bruges as part of a shortlived currency reform.
