This specimen was lot 611 in Jean Elsen sale 115 (Brussels, December 2012) where it sold for €550 (about US$839 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"TOURNAI, Seigneurie, Albert et Isabelle (1598-1621), AV albertin, 1600, Droit: Ecu couronné, entouré du collier de la Toison d'or. Revers: Croix de Bourgogne accostée de la date, sous une couronne, ornée du bijou de la Toison d'or. DOM· TOVR en fin de légende. Rare. Ex HSA 1403. presque Très Beau. (Lordship of Tournai, Albert and Isabella (1598-1621), gold albertin of 1600. Obverse: crowned arms, Order of the Golden Fleece around; reverse: Burgundian cross divides date, jewels of the Order of the Golden Fleece below. Rare, about very fine.)"

This type is listed for Tournai for 1600-03. An albertin d'or was two-thirds of a ducat. It was replaced after 1622 by the couronne d'or. Albert and Isabella were regents for Philip III in the Netherlands.
