This specimen was lot 73351 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2023), where it sold for $504. The catalog description^[1] noted, "SWEDEN. 25 Ore, 1938-G. Stockholm Mint. Gustaf V. NGC PROOFLIKE-66 Cameo. A most wholesome example, this piece yields eye appeal and charm, with no appreciable faults noted across the surfaces." This type is listed for 1911-19 and 1927-39. The early dates are scarce compared to the later dates.

Recorded mintage: 3,678,876, a common date.

Specification: 2.42 g, 0.600 fine silver, 17 mm diameter.
