This specimen was lot 35097 in Heritage sale 3067 (Long Beach, September 2018), where it sold for $312. The catalog description[1] noted, "Sweden: Carl XIV Johan 1/8 Riksdaler 1831-CB MS67 NGC. A spectacular coin, of museum quality with virtually perfect appearance, and currently the finest graded at NGC. From the Feeling Good Collection." This type is noted for 1830-37. In the reform of 1830, the twelfth, sixth and third riksdalers were dropped for eighth, quarter and half riksdalers.

Recorded mintage: 1,470,000.

Specification: 4.25 g, 0.750 fine silver, 22.1 mm diameter.
