This specimen was lot 3110 in Stephen Album sale 50 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2024), where it sold for $192. The catalog description[1] noted, "STOLBERG-ROSSLA: Christian Friedrich & Jost Christian, 1704-1738, AR 24 mariengroschen, 1718-IIG, reverse legend refers to asking for blessings of the mine, some waviness in the flan and some tooling marks in the obverse field, About XF, ex Almer H. Orr III Collection." The SCWC lists numerous 2/3 thalers (KM 151, KM 165, 183, 197, 212, 211, 251, 275, 277, 296, 308, 330) as well as 24 mariengroschen (different denomination, same weight, see KM 117, 134, 195, 286, 294, 315, 269). None are common but are much more available than the rare thalers such as Dav-2802. This type is listed for 1707-38.
