Shown is a Spanish two reales struck in 1721 at the Seville mint. Assayer J is recorded for the year 1718-1726. This specimen was auctioned by Marti Hervera in Barcelona, Spain, on October 25, 2011, where it sold for 35 euro (about US$58 including buyer's fees). The catalog description reads:
"2 Reales. 1721. SEVILLA. J. MBC+/MBC. (two reales of 1721, Seville mint, very fine to good very fine.)"

Specification: 6.77 g, 0.903 fine silver, 0.1965 troy oz ASW.
