This specimen was lot 3478 in Sincona sale 91 (Zürich, May 2024), where it sold for 1,700 CHF (about US$2,246 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Solothurn, 20 Kreuzer 1763, Solothurn. Schräg geriffelter Rand. Sehr selten in dieser Erhaltung. Fast FDC. (Switzerland, canton of Solothurn, Very rare in this condition, twenty kreuzer of 1763, Solothurn mint, obliquely reeded edge. About uncirculated.)"
This one year type is scarce. Twenty kreuzer was one sixth of a convention thaler in Germany but one eighth of a Swiss thaler.
