Sayn and Wittgenstein in 1789

This specimen was lot 1317 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabruck, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €120 (about US$162 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"SAYN, SAYN-WITTGENSTEIN-HOHENSTEIN, GRAFSCHAFT, Gustav, 1657-1701. 2/3 Taler 1676, unbestimmte Münzstätte. Kl. Schrötlingsfehler, sehr schön +. Exemplar der Slg. Bernhard Terletzki. Exemplar der Auktion Fritz Rudolf Künker 20, Osnabrück 1991, Nr. 3234. (Germany, county of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Hohenstein, Gustav, 1657-1701, two-thirds thaler of 1676, unknown mint. Rim crack, very fine or better.)"

The SCWC lists KM-51, -54, -A55, -57, -58, -61, -62, -63, -64, -65, -66, -67, -68, -69, -70, -78 and -79 for 1676, this one appears to be KM-64. This denomination was struck 1673-91 only. The county of Sayn was a very small state between the archbishopric of Cologne and the duchy of Nassau and this is the most available denomination.
