This specimen was lot 33907 in Heritage sale 3082 (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $2,160. The catalog description[1] noted, "German States: Saxony. Friedrich August I gold "Vicariat" Ducat 1711 UNC Details (Cleaned) NGC, Dresden mint. Vicariat issue." The occasion also caused the issue of a quarter thaler, half thaler, single thaler (Dav-2655) and numerous larger issues.
