This specimen was lot 71562 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, February 2020), where it sold for $576. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. 50 Rubles, 1995-(L). Leningrad Mint. PCGS PROOF-69 Deep Cameo Gold Shield. 1/4 Ounce Gold Commemorative of the 50th Anniversary of the United Nations. A brilliant proof with hard mirrored fields and frosted cameo devices."

Recorded mintage: 5,000.
