Stack's Bowers September 2025 Collectors Choice Online Auction, lot 76770

This specimen was lot 76770 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, September 2025), where it sold for $384. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. 10 Rubles, 1995-MMA. Moscow Mint. PCGS PROOF-69 Deep Cameo. Ballet series - Sleeping Beauty." Another ten rubles featuring this ballet was struck in platinum in 1995 (KM Y436). Ballet themed NCLT's included three, five, ten, 25, fifty, hundred and 150 rubles in various metals.

Recorded mintage: 7,000.

Specification: 1.61 g, 0.999 fine gold, 12 mm diameter, reeded edge, 0.050 troy oz AGW, designed by Alexander Vasilyevich Baklanov.
