This specimen was lot 6235 in Künker sale 336 (Osnabrück, Germany, March 2020), where it sold for €700 (about US$916 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSLAND, Sowjetunion, 1917-1991. 100 Rubel 1988, Moskau. "Zlatnik", Goldmünze Vladimirs. 15,55 g Feingold. GOLD. Polierte Platte. (Russia, USSR, one hundred rubles of 1988, Moscow mint, gold coin of Vladimir. Proof.)"
Other NCLT's for 1988 honored the 1000th anniversary of Russian architecture and the 1000th anniversary of Russian literature.
