This specimen was lot 4570 in Goldberg sale 84 (Los Angeles, January 2015), where it sold for $152.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "Russia. Kopek, 1800-ЕМ. Paul I. Mintmark poorly struck and appears to be EM/KM. Natural edge flaw. Trace of mint red. NGC graded MS-63 Brown." This is a product of the Ekaterinburg mint and is recorded for 1797-1801. This is the most common date.
