This specimen was lot 22933 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Anaheim, CA, August 2016), where it sold for $258.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. 15 Kopek, 1785-CNB. Catherine II (the Great) (1762-96). PCGS AU-58 Secure Holder. Minor die rust, though not very detracting. Attractive dark tone." This is a common date of a style used 1783-94. This denomination was struck in several styles during the reign of Catherine the Great, after which the denomination was dropped until the 1860's.
