This specimen was lot 1641 in Ponterio sale 173 (New York, January 2013), where it sold for $517.50. The catalog description[2] noted, "RUSSIA. Siberia. 10 Kopeck, 1774-KM. PCGS AU-58 Secure Holder. Catherine II (1762-96). Toned an attractive chocolate brown with one darker patch on reverse." This type was struck 1766-81 for circulation in Siberia. Many survive today but few in choice condition.
