This specimen was lot 192 in Sincona sale 19 (Zürich, October 2014), where it sold for CHF 400 (about US$501 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "Polupoltinnik 1747, Red Mint. Attractive extremely fine. Collector’s note: 'Edge 6 not 1 as in Sev'." During Elizabeth's reign, quarter rubles were minted only at Moscow. This type of 1743-51 is noted as fairly common. With modifications (KM C17a and C17b), it was struck until 1758.
