This specimen was lot 16 in Sincona sale 84 (Zürich, October 2023), where it sold for 275 CHF (about US$370 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, Kopeck 17(11), Kadashevsky Mint, MD. Very rare variety. Extremely fine. Extraordinary condition."
This type of 1704-18 is fairly common. In the days of Peter the Great, kopeks were struck in billon (KM 153) as well as copper (shown here). This coin is dated using Cyrillic letters, a habit dropped about 1720 for Arabic numbers.
