Künker sale 405, lot 3105

This specimen was lot 3105 in Künker sale 405 (Osnabrück, March 2024), where it sold for €3,800 (about US$4,986 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"DIE REICHSSTADT REGENSBURG. DIE ZEIT DES KAISERS FERDINAND III. Dukat 1641, mit Titel Ferdinands III. Münzmeister Hans Siegmund Federer. GOLD. RR Fast vorzüglich. (city of Regensburg, ducat of 1641, struck in the name of Ferdinand III. Very rare, about extremely fine.)"
