This specimen was lot 33884 in Heritage sale 3076 (Long Beach, CA, September 2019), where it sold for $660. The catalog description[1] noted, "German States: Prussia. Friedrich Wilhelm III Taler 1802-A MS63 PCGS, Berlin mint. Choice, with silky silver luster that illuminates the planchet. A representative of admirable quality for its type." This type was issued 1797-1809 at Berlin (shown here), Breslau and Glatz and is common in worn condition.
Recorded mintage: unknown but a common date.
Specification: 22.27 g, 0.750 fine silver.
