Papal States 1632 testone KM-176
This specimen was lot 590 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIE, ETATS PONTIFICAUX, Urbain VIII (1623-1644), (Maffeo Barberini), AR teston, 1632, an 8, Rome. D/ Ecu de Barberini sous la tiare et les clés. R/ S PETRVS A-LMA ROMA Saint Pierre assis à g., ten. les clés. Très Beau. (Italy, Pontifical State, Urban VIII (1623-44), silver teston of 1632, year 8, Rome mint. Obverse: Barberini arms, crossed keys and tiara above; reverse: St. Peter seated to left, holding the keys. Very fine.)"
